They fixed my camera. They did a good job at a reasonable price
Went there for a Canadian passport photo. Photos were very dark and bad. Told them that I cannot use this photo and asked for a refund. They didn't charge for mine but took $25 for my wife's two passport photos. The lady photographer is very incompetent and had to try at least 20 times to get one picture. Avoid them. Very unprofessional I left all photos at the store as I didn't want to use them in the passport
This is my 3rd different camera/film need that I used PI for. The Young lady at the counter is pleasant. This time is for camera damage so we will see
I LOVE Perfect Image! Being a wedding photographer, our schedules are always wonky and weird but they have accommodated my needs every single time. And willingly go above and beyond for me. I have had NO bad interactions with any of the staff and they are always happy and joyous! They have a killer selection of equipment to rent, making my indecisive self go crazy, in a good way! They are super helpful with any questions i have and are always willing to find an answer even if they don't know the answer off the top of their heads. I seriously love this place so much, and am so lucky to have them!!
They are great at what they do. I had a painting customed framed and it came out perfectly.
