I wish zero stars was an option because even 1 star is far too generous for this place. I have never ordered from somewhere with such consistently bad service, even after repeated promises from the GM that they were getting their act together. ("A lot of new employees" I was told.) So the last few times we've ordered from them, at least ONE thing was wrong with our order. The time before last, they gave us the gluten-free crust even though we didn't order it. The last time before this one, the delivery guy rolled his eyes at me and gave me an attitude when I asked him to go back for the drink I ordered that he didn't bring. This time, they got our pizza wrong (I ordered no sauce and there was sauce on it) and they forgot my drink AGAIN. I will never ever ever ever order from this Papa John's again and I highly recommend that you get your pizza somewhere else or even from another Papa John's location. (Nevermind that their owner seems like a real piece of work, especially with his NFL comments.) I've been offered refunds/discounts/etc., but none of that will make up for the horrible service, getting our orders wrong ALL of the time, and the rude delivery drivers. I'm 100% done with this place and will never ever order from them again. Seriously kicking myself for giving them yet another chance. We'll order from Domino's from here on out.
Good place to pickup pizza but some times very busy.
Kick ass staff and food. Very hot tasty pizzas. Way better than that nasty pizza place right down the street. Hard working employees you can visually tell are working their hardest.
