* RIP OF ALERT* HORRIBLE & A RIP OFF. Save yourself the headache and do NOT order from this so called "business". I placed a order today and after waiting patiently for ONE hour delivery and keep in mind I'm right near there business. The driver says he forgot the soda that he be right back. I said fine no problem. 3 hours pass and no soda. I called the store and they dint answer. After 10 times finally got someone who ask me how the driver look like. Like if I work there I replied don't you even know who got my order. Well he put the manager on the phone without me even asking but I though great. Well guess what AWFUL & COCKY attitude. Said hi I'm ERIC as if I'm supposed to know who he is. So I asked if he is a manager he said yes. He proceeded to act like there is nothing he can do.. said they are very busy are doing 8 orders at a time. So yup no plans to send someone out to bring my soda. By then I got upset that's so inconsiderate after 4 hours total. Well he said he can offer me a $5 credit and how he been in business so long and VERY RUDE. I said look in as humble way as I could I'm in business as well and I don't need the money all I want is the soda. So you know what he did? HANG UP. AWFUL staff and AWFUL manager. I feel PITTY for whoever owns this place. These employees will bring this franchise down in a heartbeat. That's for sure! And that's just a short resume of these disrespectful staff behavior.

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Save yourself the headache and just not go. The waiters stood around talking to a group of friends, and lost our order three times. When they finally got it right it wasn't our order. They messed up our cheese stick order. No one cared to ask us if we wanted refills or cared to apologize. It took us a good hour and a half to get our two pizzas. The best part about the experience was the cute duck outside the restaurant.
Ordered food "to go for pickup." Once we arrived, the manager said the delivery driver took off with our order. They apologized and refunded our order. Plus, he gave us a new, hot meal for free.
Wish I could give negative star's. I ordered a p pizza tonight and quoted me 30 min. They charged my card and never brought me my order. I tried calling they said it was a "miss quote" and it was actually going to be an hour. Then they just never showed up and by that time they were closed so they didn't answer the phone.
